DREAMERS began in Brooklyn in 2014. Nick Wold, a Seattle native and NYU jazz saxophone student, formed the project after the dissolution of his grunge band Motive. Their debut single "Wolves (You Got Me)" was picked up by Sirius XM Alt Nation in its first week. Chester Bennington personally selected DREAMERS from 500 bands to open for Stone Temple Pilots. They recorded their debut album at Sound City Studios on the same drum kit used for Nirvana's Nevermind.
